I practice the amazing therapeutic ‘Swedish massage’ which entails various manipulations that are called effleurage (light or deep stroking ) petrisage(kneading) tapotement (gentle slapping) and friction and will tailor the massage to meet your needs. I specialise in reducing stress, promoting health and well being and releasing muscle tension and toxins from your body, whilst reducing aches and pains.
